 Energy - Over time trauma, emotional and mental stress create blocks to our personal growth. These blocks are stored in the energy centers of our bodies called chakras, which impacts our ability to function at our full potential. Chakras connect the vital flows of energy through our body and energy systems that are necessary for our health and well being. A build up of obstruction, over time leads to disease and depleted mental and emotional reserves. Energy healing helps to reestablish these essential flows.

Chakras - This form of energy work brings healing, clarity and focus to every facet of your life. The hands-on energy healing connects with your subtle energy in your body, which is the blueprint of your being. By clearing away obstructed or stagnant energy, you are able to achieve access to universal energies and connect to your life with a new perspective. When this energy healing is complete, you effectively draw energy from your higher power giving you a renewed focus, and enabling you to successfully create the life you wish for, from a personal and soul level awareness. *see note at end of page*

Reiki - Reiki clears and balances the body systems, and allows life-force energy to flow around us in a natural way. This energy accelerates the body's own natural healing ability. Reiki is guided by a higher intelligence, so it will find its way to those parts of the body, which most need healing, and it will adjust its energy to suit the person being healed. *see note at end of page*

Aura - Most of us understand that an energy field surrounds our bodies. This energy field is what is understood to be an Aura. This Aura is composed of seven different layers, which through everyday living accumulates energy that either intentionally or unintentionally gets trapped in your auric field. A cleansing of the Aura, offers the removal of the trapped energy, thus balancing the field, which then provides the proper flow of the Aura.

Crystal Therapy - Crystal Therapy is a process in which assorted stones are placed on and around the body in a pattern designed to resonate with "chakras" or energy vortexes of the body. These patterns create a matrix of energy that assists the body in releasing blockages and refining the energy flow. Crystal therapy puts the client into a deep state of relaxed meditation, in which he or she can process deeply held issues and patterns from the past, present, prior life issues at an accelerated rate. *see note at end of page*

Quantum Touch - This type of therapy concentrates on vibration, which incorporates touch, breathing, and body awareness meditations. It is mainly a light-touch energy therapy, but it is secondarily promoted as a therapy that helps bones spontaneously adjust to their proper alignment. Advanced techniques used in this system includes harmonic toning, spinning the chakras, structural alignment, and distant healing.

Pranic - Pranic healing is an energy-based technique, that accelerates the healing process through the use of "life-force" energy, which is directed to the part of the physical body that needs healing. In order to locate blockages of chi, the Pranic practitioner begins by scanning the recipient's aura or "energy field". Chi energies are then sent through the practitioner's hands, which in turn cleanses the chakras, energizes, and revitalizes the areas of concern.
